MY BACKGROUND

    I am a multitalented professional in Dania, Florida. I grew up between Atlanta, Georgia, and Davie, Florida where, I participated in many clubs such as the Honors Society, HOSA, STEM, and many more. I was very involved and dedicated. Such as being vice president and CMO of Young at Heart, where we were dedicated to being passionate about our Community and volunteering in our local retirement homes together. My earlier starts of branding, marketing, and leadership. I also explored through volunteering, working with companies such as Flamingo Gardens, Toys for Tots, and smaller organizations like adult day cares. I have received awards for competitions such as art shows, writing competitions, and academia.

    I was awarded a scholarship to the University of Central Florida, where I received a Bachelor's degree. I studied Health Administration and Life/Biomedical Sciences alongside Psychology as a minor. I also received certifications for studying communications and Human Resources.

In school, I participated in many projects where we researched topics and data, practiced copywriting, project managed, and led. For example my capstone project about childhood obesity. I put together a campaign to stress awareness of the dangers of childhood obesity. I conducted interviews with local officials in the health department and organizations who were also passionate about the topic. I also participated in internships. For example, I worked with a small company in Orlando conducting interviews, screening employees, and managing hiring paperwork.

    My work experience revolves around hospitality, customer experience, branding, design, photography, employee training, and research. In my last role, I doubled the following on Facebook and Instagram, while increasing sales for our most profitable businesses such as party room reservations and catering. I also revamped product portfolios, menus, and advertisements for cohesiveness and consistency. I look forward to continuing my career in marketing. I currently specialize in local business marketing and look forward to expanding my knowledge and taking my current skills to the next level.
